Refund and Return Policy for Shrufit
At Shrufit, we are committed to providing premium, high-quality health and fitness supplements to support your wellness journey. Because our products are ingestible health supplements, we enforce strict quality control and safety protocols to protect our customers.
Please read our return, refund, and verification policies below before making a purchase.
1. Return Window
You have exactly 5 days from the date of delivery (as tracked by our courier partner) to request a return or refund. Due to the perishable nature of health supplements, requests made after the 5-day delivery window cannot be entertained.
2. Product Condition & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, health supplements must be completely unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and with the outer safety seal fully intact.
- Strictly Non-Returnable: For health, hygiene, and consumer safety reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any supplement bottle that has been opened, unsealed, broken, or tampered with.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damage or Shortage Claims
To ensure a seamless resolution for transit-related issues, a proper, clear unboxing video is mandatory for verifying all claims regarding damaged products, defective items, or missing quantities. Without a valid unboxing video, refund and return policies cannot be applied.
To be accepted for verification, your email to info@shrufit.com must include a single video that adheres to the following rules:
- The video must be recorded continuously in a single, uncut take. Edited, paused, or multiple stitched videos will be rejected.
- The video must start before opening the parcel, clearly showing the completely sealed package and making the attached shipping label/AWB fully legible.
- The entire unboxing process, internal product condition, and the exact quantity received must be clearly visible within the frame.
- Claims cannot be verified or processed using photos alone, or if the video recording starts after the package has already been opened.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order is handed over to our courier partner and a tracking number is generated, it cannot be canceled or modified.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective or Damaged Items: If a claim is fully verified via your unboxing video as a transit error or manufacturing defect, Shrufit will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Customer Remorse / Dislike: If you are returning an unopened, sealed product because you changed your mind, you are entirely responsible for booking and paying for your own return shipping through a trackable courier service. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Restocking Fees
Shrufit does not charge any restocking fees (₹0) for eligible, unopened returns.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once your return package arrives at our facility, please allow 2–3 business days for our quality team to inspect the safety seals. Once approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
8. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Product outcomes may vary depending on individual diet, exercise, and health profiles. Shrufit supplements are intended to support overall wellness and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you experience an unexpected adverse reaction or allergy, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Shrufit is not liable for individual product intolerances.
